We provide high quality care for pets who are unable to join cage free care due to their age or medical condition. All pets will be housed individually with large enough space to be comfortable for their size and needs. We welcome cats and dogs under 45 lbs.

Under the supervision of a Registered Veterinary Nurse. The staff will follow treatments as prescribed by the Veterinarian. Our goal is to board pets recovering from surgery or with chronic illness while the owners are away. PetCare LB will follow the treatment plan while adding a big dose of Tender Loving Care.

Cage free boarding may not be suitable for Seniors. PetCare LB provides a comfortable space with no stairs, and slow walks. All senior pets deserve a QUIET place to sleep which is what they do best.

About Lilliana Balam, RVT
Lilli is a Registered Veterinary Technician who graduated from Pierce College in 2002. She opened PetCare LB to retire from general practice, yet stay close to the pets. Lilli picked Mid City as home-based having worked at several different hospitals around this area including WEHO and -Beverly Hills. She is committed to bring a much needed facility where a trained professional cares for pets while the owners are away. Lilli's extensive ICU and General Practice experience allows her, to nurse pets with various chronic diseases such as Diabetes, Thyroid problems, and Kidney issues that affect cats. She has a very soft spot for senior pets, the older ones who would get lost in a larger pet hotel setting.
